Angewandte Festival 2024

Being immediately confronted with the political absurdity of the present, we introduce the subject of absurd play. If: `pataphysics= science of imaginary solutions, then=> play counts as the joke/r of the future. Based on the systemic distinction between game and play,‘pataplay combines very different areas, methods, theories, practices and discourses from art, technology and critical theory with cultural studies, anthropology and political philosophy.
